The application has a non-binding form. After receipt, we will check the availability of places and inform you about further formalities
We offer dates for each program. Most events start and end on weekends, so that you can easily organize a longer vacation by booking one tour after another. If possible, please adapt to these dates. However, if you want to go at a different time - it is possible and individually negotiated. The price may be a bit higher in this case.
Guided and self-guided tours
Most trips are offered in the most popular form in Europe today which is self-guided. Participants pass the stages individually, at their own pace, based on the received map and route description. Sometimes GPS files are also available.
An exception is our most popular trip the Krakow and Dunajec cycle path. In this case, we also offer the option of participating in a group escorted by an English speaking guide. In order for this event to take place, a minimum of at least 5-6 participants must be gathered. We keep you informed which dates are available in guided form .
Trips to Ukraine and Belarus are also organized only in the form of guided tours.
During the trips, we offer accommodation in hotels and guesthouses of a decent standard. In this respect, Poland and its neighboring countries in which we offer tours do not fall behind the standards of the western world .
The rooms are clean, neat, they are always equipped with a bathroom - shower and toilet.
Double rooms are usually twin rooms, with separate beds. If a double room with a large double bed is important for you, please mark it on the application.
In case of the Krakow and Dunajec cycle path, we offer two categories of accommodation. The "basic" B category (2 and 3-star hotels and guesthouses) and "luxury" A - 3 and 4-star hotels. As for the rest of the events - we usually book the best available hotels in the towns on the route, with a 3-star standard.
The price of the event usually includes half board catering - breakfast and dinner. Breakfast is usually served from 7-9 am in the form of a rich buffet. A warm dinner (served 6-8 pm) includes 3 courses - appetizer, main course, and dessert. We try to arrange a varied menu, including regional dishes. You can order a vegetarian option. Additional accommodation before and after the event are booked as bed and breakfast.
During the event, we transport luggage between hotels. You can have any number of pieces of luggage. When leaving for the route, baggage is left at the reception until 9am, usually it can be found in the next hotel no later than 4pm, usually earlier.
Assistance during the trip
During the event, you can contact your company's representative in English at any time via phone. This is also possible in the evening, on weekends, and on holidays. In emergency situations, such as accident, breakdown of a rented bicycle, we try to organize help as quickly as possible.
Prices and payment terms
The prices of services are provided in Euro. In addition, we publish a list of prices in US dollars and pounds sterling.
After confirming participation in the trip (if the application took place earlier than one month), we usually do not require a partial advance payment. We send an invoice for the whole amount about a month before the event.
As to the form of payment - we prefer a bank transfer in EU, USD or GBP. In exceptional situations, it is also possible to pay with a credit card. Everything regarding financial matters can be negotiated individually.
If it happens that you will not be able to go on a previously booked trip, please notify us in writing. We try to approach this type of problems in a manner that is as friendly as possible.
If resignation takes place no later than one month before the event starts - no costs are involved.
We do not set rigid deadlines and flat rate cancellation fee - that is, a certain percentage of the price for a given number of days before the event.
We only deduct the actual costs incurred - this depends on the decisions of the hotels with whom we cooperate, as well as other circumstances
In the case of late cancellation, for example, a few days before the start of the trip, it may be the cost of the first night, or 20-30% of the event price.
